Having been a trained and accomplished actress for over 20 years, Tommie has a unique gift to inspire confidence, and motivate her clients. Her approach starts and ends with a focus on the human and coaching them to not only recognize the power of their authenticity, but trusting it and trusting that it is enough. She has a track record of supporting her clients in leaning in to being their most authentic selves and thus recognizing their ability to promote change within their personal and professional lives. Resulting in increased confidence as individuals and business leaders As a career and leadership coach she has supported leaders to achieve growth within their company and beyond.
